This past Monday was 52 degrees and it felt like opening day at Fenway, but it wasn't, so this fat foodie went to Tasty Burger to make up for it. Being in the Fenway area feels like Boston. Tasty Burger's location is perfect when attending a Red Sox game, after a yoga sculpt class at CorePower across the street, or just stopping for a bite while exploring this area of the city. When the weather gets warmer the pick-up window is perfect to enjoy your food out in the sunshine!
Inside the restaurant is feels like a sports themed diner, filled with Red Sox memorabilia, solidifying its place as the official burger of the Boston Red Sox. It's small but feels spacious from the garage-door-window-walls that let in plenty of sunshine. You can even play a round of pool while you wait for your food.
The menu at Tasty Burger is filled with mouth-watering burgers, chicken sandwiches and hot dogs. I ordered 'The Big Tasty,' which is a cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, onion, and Tasty sauce. I also added bacon and went for the combo with tater tots. Customizing orders is not a problem, and the staff are all extremely friendly and accommodating.
